MTSI has designed and supervised construction of six (6) LM2500 Mechanical Drive Power Modules for PEMEX, a customer of General Electric. These drives were coupled to a geared compressor drive train and were used in offshore oil and gas production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. MTSI prepared the complete assembly and detail drawings for these units and provided subcontractor supervision during the construction phase.

The packaged units included the following features:

• Gaseous Fuel System
• Fuel gas Expansion Starter
• Bridge Crane installed in Unit with Monorail and A-Frame Outrigger for engine installation/removal
• Halon Fire Suppression
• Gas Leak Detection System
• Parallel Baffle Inlet Silencer
• Twin Ventilation Fans
