Vericor VPS3 gas turbine generator set 3-D model
MTSI can provide preliminary package or project designs leading to the preparation of technical sales specifications, to support the introduction of new gas turbine powered modules. An example of this kind of project is illustrated above, in the form of a 3 MW rated Gas Turbine Generator module.
A request was received to modify a Vericor VPS3 gas turbine generator set, to incorporate a water fog mist intake air cooling system for operation in the Nevada high desert region near Reno. This modification was engineered and incorporated with a pulse clean intake air filter and the design is available for other similar installation requirements.
